Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains the three options, what each one removes, and how long the process takes.

1. Disconnect a single social account

The fastest way to revoke our access to one of your social networks. Sign in, open app.feedloophq.com/dashboard/outputs, and click the disconnect (trash) icon next to the account you want removed.

What gets removed immediately:

  • Access & refresh tokens for that platform (we revoke and delete the encrypted copies we held)
  • The connection record linking your Feedloop account to that platform’s account
  • Any platform-specific metadata (Pinterest board IDs, LinkedIn organization URNs, etc.)

Posts you’ve already published through Feedloop to that platform remain on the platform itself — we have no way to remove content that’s already live on Facebook, TikTok, etc. Use the native platform’s delete feature for that.

2. Delete individual posts in our queue

Sign in, open app.feedloophq.com/dashboard/schedule, and click the trash icon next to any queued post. The post and any uploaded media tied to it are removed from our database within minutes.

3. Delete your entire Feedloop account

Email globedock@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Use the subject line Account deletion request so we don’t miss it.

What we do when we receive your request:

  1. We disable your account immediately (your sessions are dropped, future sign-in is blocked).
  2. Within 30 days we purge: profile data, social account tokens, automation records, posts, uploaded media, templates, short links, and analytics events tied to your account.
  3. We retain only what we’re legally required to keep: billing records for 7 years (tax law) and request logs for 30 days (operational necessity). Both are kept in a separate audit store, never linked back to a usable identity once your account is purged.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

4. Platform-initiated deletion (Meta / TikTok / etc.)

When you remove the Feedloop app from your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social account’s permissions list, the platform notifies us via their deauthorize callback. We treat that signal exactly like a manual disconnect (option 1 above): tokens and connection records for that platform are removed from our database within minutes. Your Feedloop account itself stays intact — only the platform connection is severed. If you want the whole Feedloop account gone, use option 3.

5. Questions or appeals

If a deletion request doesn’t complete within 30 days, or if you believe data is still being retained after deletion, reply to your original request email or write to globedock@gmail.com with the subject line Deletion follow-up. We’ll investigate and respond within 7 business days.
